With this passion and dedication, she has served as the Regional President for Latin America for the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB), contributing to the ambitious goals outlined in the 2030 InSight initiative. Her training and experience uniquely position her to collaborate with the IAPB and help drive the necessary efforts to make real progress in Latin America.

She has led initiatives to combat blindness and visual impairment, working directly with governments, healthcare providers, and local communities.
