As the financial steward, I manage the state budget and ensure responsible resource allocation. I also play a central role in directly overseeing and guaranteeing effective implementation, contributing to the overall success of the programs.

My focus on stakeholder engagement allows me to initiate opportunities for program expansion within the state and establish vital connections with authorities to ensure sustainability and growth. I consistently deliver impactful outcomes while strategically leading program delivery within the policy framework and aligning with strategic goals. Complemented by professional training in Leadership and management, Eye Care Program Management, WHO Health Systems Framework, and Social Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities, I have also presented and published various papers on gender & eye health and innovative approaches to eye health.
