Alam has a proven track record in financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, and embedding ownership across management teams to drive efficiency and accountability. As Country Manager for The Fred Hollows Foundation (FHF) Bangladesh, he navigated the organization through critical transitions, ensuring project success despite global challenges.
