Dr. Luisa is a Colombian Optometrist, with PhD in education and society from La Salle University, she has experience in public health, research and education in the NGO eyecare sector for many years now and has postgraduate studies in ocular disease and pharmacology.

Dr. Luisa is a Colombian Optometrist, with PhD in education and society from La Salle University, she has experience in public health, research and education in the NGO eyecare sector for many years now and has postgraduate studies in ocular disease and pharmacology, She was coordinating IAPB LAT Region for the past 3 years, she is passionate about serving communitties in rural areas and is now working with Good Vision Latinamerica supporting the developing of Optpmetry and Eye care services in Colombia, Bolivia and Perú. Also she is advisor for CES University in Colombia and Academic peer for the Ministry of Education in Colombia.
