Jennifer is a leader in the international not for profit sector and is recognised for her passion and commitment to eye health and gender equity and inclusion.
Jennifer joined The Fred Hollows Foundation in 2016. In addition to managing sector engagement globally and leading advocacy efforts across The Foundation, she champions working to end gender discrimination in eye health and embed equity and inclusion in all aspects of The Foundation’s work.
As a member of Women in Global Health Australia, Jennifer was elected to their Global Gender Equality in Health Leadership Committee and recently was selected to represent the Pacific Region on the newly formed international Women in Global Health Chapter Steering Committee.
Jennifer is a Trustee on the Board of the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness where she chairs the Gender Equity Work Group.
Jennifer has extensive experience leading a range of social marketing campaigns - raising awareness, changing behaviour and influencing key decision makers. She has worked across government, health, disability and international development sectors and has a reputation for fostering collaboration and delivering results by applying innovative strategic approaches to advocacy.
