Jacqueline Grove has over 15 years of experience in the vision sector, previously with Luxottica Retail and currently with National Vision Inc. Her roles have been quite diverse ranging from SVP of Store Operations, Training and Development, DEIB and Philanthropy.

In 2020, Grove took over as President of National Vision’s Charitable Foundation, 20/20

Quest, and leads National Vision’s efforts to end the Global Vision Crisis.  In 2021, Grove was named one of Vision Monday’s Most Influential Women in Optical.

In addition, Grove heads The Coalition for Clear Vision, an international and country-level coalition in Kenya aimed at demonstrating tangible achievement of uncorrected refractive error coverage rates. She is also involved with the WHO Specs Normative and Private Sector workstreams.

She resides in Cincinnati, Ohio in the US, and loves to travel, camp, boat and hike any chance she gets.
