My passion is ensuring that the patient voice is meaningfully embedded in healthcare decision-making at every level.

At Roche, I serve as the Global Patient Partnership Leader – Ophthalmology, focused on creating meaningful collaboration between Roche and the eye health community. I work directly with people affected by vision loss to ensure their lived experiences help shape our strategies and activities. At the same time, I support colleagues across functions in integrating patient perspectives into their daily work.

Vision loss is deeply personal. It impacts not only individuals but also their families, caregivers, and wider communities. I am inspired every day by the resilience of the community and excited about the momentum in eye health innovation. Together, we are working to save sight and improve lives.
