Yeni Dwi Lestari, MD, MSc is an ophthalmologist at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital (RSCM). She completed her residency in Faculty of Medicine Universitas Indonesia (FMUI) and holds a master’s degree in Public Health for Eye Care from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, UK, and is currently a doctoral candidate in FMUI.

She is the Head of Community Ophthalmology Division and a Continuing Education, Research and Community Engagement Coordinator in FMUI/RSCM. She serves as an editor at Ophthalmologica Indonesiana Journal. She was former chairs of Community Ophthalmology Interest Group of IOA and General Secretary of Indonesia National Committee of Prevention of Blindness (Komatnas). As an International Agency for Prevention of Blindness (IAPB) Indonesia Country Chair, she has been involved in conceptualizing national action plans for blindness and visual impairment management with the Ministry of Health and all national and international stakeholders.
