She has contributed to Nepal’s eye health care sector in different roles, including that of a clinician, surgeon, academic coordinator, and administrator.

She combines clinical knowledge of ophthalmology to optimize the design of programs on the ground. She is passionate about creating safe and quality assured services through eye health care providers. She firmly believes that People must be the priority in any program. Continued learning, teamwork and adaptability are her key strengths.
