Anna is the Director of Capability Building at IAPB, where she works to strengthen systems leadership across the eye health sector. With over a decade of experience leading coalitions for change across public, third, and commercial sectors internationally and in the UK, she specializes in designing initiatives that bring diverse stakeholders together to drive systemic change. Her background includes coordinating advocacy and systems change efforts in education and child rights, as well as expertise in public participation in policymaking.

She is also trained in leadership development and experiential education, with a particular interest in participatory methodologies such as Forum Theatre, Theatre of the Oppressed, and Legislative Theatre. Anna brings this diversity of experience to her working in supporting the eye health sector to develop the leadership and collaboration needed to achieve the goals of 2030 In Sight.
