Join us for this pivotal WHA78 side event, hosted by the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB) in collaboration with Malaysia, Paraguay, Slovakia, and CBM Christian Blind Mission. The event will feature the launch of new WHO global data on progress toward the eye health targets on refractive error, offering vital insights into successes, shortfalls, and the path ahead. The session will also introduce the proposed WHA Resolution on Sensory Impairments, which advocates for the integration of eye and hearing care into primary health systems. As momentum builds toward the Global Summit for Eye Health, this event is a critical moment to align action, policy, and political will to achieve vision for everyone, everywhere.

To attend this official side event, you must be registered for the World Health Assembly.
