Caroline Casey - IAPB President

Caroline Casey is the businesswoman and activist behind The Valuable 500, the world’s largest CEO collective and business move for disability inclusion.

Casey launched the movement at the World Economic Forum’s Davos Summit in 2019 and has since signed up 500 multinational organisations with a combined revenue of over $8 trillion, employing 20 million people worldwide, to radically transform the business system. The membership includes 36 of the FTSE 100 companies, 46 of the Fortune 500, and 28 of the Nikkei.

In addition to being President of the IAPB, Caroline sits on several diversity and inclusion boards, including L’Oréal, Sanofi, and Sky, and is a much sought-after.

Jo Frost - English television personality, parenting & family expert, and author

Jo Frost is a renowned global parenting & family expert having acquired a legacy of over 37 years in this sector. She is an international award-winning, Emmy-nominated and RTS recipient, a NY Times best-selling author and an executive producer, host & expert, best known for her iconic show "Supernanny."

Frost is the founder of NannyJoProductions which has produced and distributed shows in over 159 territories such as  NannyOnTour, Britain's Killer Kids, Family Matters and Extreme Parental Guidance.

As a trusted public figure amongst those who seek her knowledge, Jo travels headlining seminars worldwide and offers private family consultations for those seeking transformation beyond a camera crew.  Jo champions children and offers her private counsel internationally to many non-profit charities, government, corporations and military personnel.

When she is not fulfilling her life's mission & purpose you will find her at the beach, or close to those she loves.

Alberto Macciani - Global Head of Home Brands, Safilo

Alberto Macciani is the Chief Marketing Officer of Home Brands and the Global Head of Sustainability & Communication at Safilo Group, a position he has held since August 2021. He graduated from Bocconi University with a degree in Business Administration and a specialisation in Marketing.

After two years in London working for an Art Dealer, Alberto Macciani began his international career at Unilever in 1995, where he held various roles, including Strategy Director for Beauty Care and CMO of Unilever Italy. He also served as Global Head of Marketing and Innovation for Frozen Foods (Findus) and as Global Vice President for Dishwash, leading a major business turnaround in multiple countries as well as heading digital transformation projects. Since 2019, he has been CMO at Paysend, a fintech startup recognised as a global leader in digital money. He joined Safilo in 2021.

Elizabeth Kurian - CEO, Mission for Vision, India

“Elizabeth has over 30 years of experience in the corporate and development sectors, including roles at MS University of Baroda, Nielsen India, and Sightsavers, where she was Chief Executive for India and Director of Global Advocacy. She has led strategic planning for large programmes, driving growth and social policy change. Elizabeth has also influenced policy through her roles on various boards, advisory panels and research. Her interests include governance, strategic leadership and policy.”

Ruth Mugo - Africa Program Manager - VisionSpring, Kenya

"Ruth Mugo is a dedicated advocate for eye care access in Africa. She leads VisionSpring's programs to provide affordable eyeglasses and quality eye care to underserved communities. Based in Kenya, she manages partnerships and operations to further VisionSpring's mission of improving vision and livelihoods.

Founded in 2001, VisionSpring is the social enterprise accelerating the use of eyeglasses in emerging and frontier markets. Their mission is to increase lifelong earning, learning, safety, and well-being through eyeglasses for people vulnerable to poverty. They believe in the wonder of clear vision for everyone and envision a world in which all who need glasses will have them to see well and do well by 2050.”

Dr Prabha Choksey - Optometrist, Founder Trustee, Dr Choksey Albinism Foundation

Dr Choksey has made significant contributions to eye care and advocacy for people with Albinism through her foundation, which provides free ophthalmic services and aims to improve their quality of life. She has published several books, including works on numerology, and has received numerous awards for her contributions to ophthalmology and advocacy. Among her honors are the Moran of the Order of the Burning Spear from the Kenyan President in 2012 and the Bari Bari Prize for outstanding Albinism Advocacy in 2016. Inspired by her parents’ values of humility and compassion, Dr. Choksey balances her roles as a clinician, advocate, and numerologist, while also authoring a book on parenting. Notably, during the 1998 American embassy bomb blast in Nairobi, she treated over 35 patients with ophthalmic injuries.
